Paris, France — October 27, 2025 — Yotta Capital Partners, a Paris based private equity firm driving the emergence of a competitive, sustainable industrial economy, today announced it has led a €10 million Series C round for SAX Power, an innovative energy storage manufacturer based in Erbach, near Ulm, Germany.
This marks Yotta’s first direct investment outside France through its Yotta Growth Industry fund, reinforcing its commitment to backing high-tech European industrial companies with global ambitions. The transaction was completed with the support of Sparkasse ULM.
Sax Power : Revolutionizing Home and Commercial Energy Storage
SAX Power develops advanced battery systems that deliver unmatched efficiency, safety, and durability. Its patented technology enables individual control of each battery cell, eliminating the need for an external inverter and achieving 99% conversion efficiency—well above the 90–95% typical of conventional home systems.
Ideal for storing solar energy, SAX’s technology also allows users to store low-cost grid electricity and deploy it when needed. With intelligent energy management, the system charges during off-peak hours and supplies power during peak demand, helping households and businesses cut energy costs.
The new funding will help SAX Power scale industrial production, expand its product range, and accelerate growth across Europe and beyond. It will also support the company’s entry into new markets, including commercial and industrial storage solutions and large-scale “megastorage” systems designed to stabilize the grid and support renewable energy sources such as wind and solar.
Aligned with Yotta’s Vision for a Low-Carbon Industrial Future
SAX Power’s breakthrough aligns perfectly with Yotta Growth Industry’s mission to invest in high-impact, low-carbon industrial solutions that enable the energy transition. The company’s technology addresses one of the biggest challenges in renewable energy—efficient, stable energy storage—while minimizing the environmental footprint of industrial production.
This investment reflects Yotta’s dual focus:
- Driving European reindustrialization by supporting innovative, sovereign companies, and
- Enhancing industrial sustainability through technologies that lower carbon intensity and optimize resource use.
“We are proud to support SAX Power, whose unique technology makes solar energy more efficient while simplifying installations and cutting carbon emissions. This investment embodies our conviction that sustainable industrial performance depends on technological innovation and carbon efficiency. Our first cross-border investment was led by a Franco-German team, demonstrating Yotta’s international expertise and commitment to Europe’s industrial transformation.” said Christophe Gégout and Daniel Javed, Partners at Yotta Capital Partners.
