Founded after the Second World War to support reconstruction efforts, Éditions T.I. has proven ito be an indispensable partner for the French industry. For decades, it has supported engineering departments and innovation teams by providing high-quality, accurate and reliable technical content validated by professional expertise. With a database of more than 10,000 regularly updated articles, Éditions T.I. offers streamlined access to essential technical knowledge, thereby improving research and development efforts. Moreover, as part of the documentary resources of France’s leading engineering schools and other industrial organizations, Éditions T.I. plays a vital role in maintaining a strong scientific and technical culture, ensuring the transmission of knowledge and the continuous development of skills.

With a long history as part of the German group WEKA since 1995, Éditions T.I. is now opening a new chapter alongside Yotta Capital Partners, with a clear ambition to contribute to the influence of a strong and sovereign industrial sector. Under the leadership of Myriam Moriquand, who joined the group in 1998, Éditions T.I.’s goal is to maintain and strengthen its position as a complete toolkit for industrial players, taking advantage of a dedicated management team, a network of internationally recognized authors, and the potential offered by artificial intelligence, while enhancing the content and services offered to meet the challenges facing the European industry.

The Yotta Capital team will use its expertise in supporting SMEs and their decarbonization to support the CEO and her team in the pillars that make up Éditions T.I.’s development strategy, both through organic growth and acquisitions:

  1. The expansion of the content offering by creating practical and tangible tools to support industrial companies in their environmental transition,
  2. The integration of AI tools to strengthen the user experience and facilitate access to quality content, building on the features already launched,
  3. The acceleration of international expansion, particularly in Europe, supported by the launch of the English-language platform at the end of 2024.

For Myriam Moriquand, CEO of Éditions T.I.:

“Techniques de l’Ingénieur is a brand with strong values, and Éditions T.I. is built on a true corporate culture. These foundations are fully in line with the mission of Yotta Capital Partners. Leaving a large group and entering a new, more agile dynamic is a strategic step in the development of our projects. This transition gives us greater freedom to provide multilingual content to large industrial groups and to develop solutions accessible to SMEs. We share a common ambition with Yotta Capital Partners: to actively contribute to a strong, innovative, and environmentally responsible industry.

Educating tomorrow’s engineers , supporting the transition to the industry of the future, helping to decarbonize industrial processes, and inspiring through reliable technical information: these are all objectives at the heart of our discussions with Xavier, Daniel, and Nina, who convinced us of the promising path we can build together.”

For Xavier Herrmann, Daniel Javed, and Nina Hervé of the Yotta Capital Partners team:

“We are delighted and proud to welcome Éditions T.I. to the Yotta Capital Partners portfolio. This transaction marks an important milestone in our strategy as it is our first acquisition in the industrial solutions sector. We were deeply impressed by the quality of the content and the strong reputation of Techniques de l’Ingénieur among French engineers. We are delighted to support Myriam and her team in further strengthening their position as a leading reference in driving innovation, industrial competitiveness in Europe, and the environmental transition. We will also contribute our expertise to the implementation of a development strategy on a European scale.”
